This beautiful detached holiday home (150 sqm) has been completely renovated and can sleep up to 12 persons in comfort. It is equipped with air-conditioning (cold/warm), a private Wi-Fi connection and satellite TV. Arranged around a private heated 10x 3,5m swimming pool with integrated hydro-massage jets and a large covered terrace with a boccia playground, the property offers a lot of privacy and is ideal for families or groups to gather for dining, socialising or just chilling together. The villa is located in the quiet residential district Alberes, yet close to the beach, shop, restaurants and the city center (approx. 750m). This vacation home is equipped with modern furniture and appealing interior, as well as a nice lounge style sitting area outside, in order to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your holidays in Empuriabrava. Starting from end of August 2022 there will be a ping pong table too.

This single storey holiday villa has an air-conditioned 50 m² living room, large flat screen TV (French and foreign channels) and 1,40m sofa-bed, wifi, equipped kitchen, a big table and chairs for 12 persons.
Further, on the left from the entrance: 2 double bedrooms with a 1,80 double beds (2x 90cm twin beds, contigous or separate use) and one common bathroom (shower, basin and toilet). In Spring
2023, this bathroom has been adapted to the needs of disabled guests.
On the right side: 2 master suites with their private bathrooms each (with walk-in shower, basin and toilet) and one bedroom with a 1,80 m double bed (not divisible) and the second bedroom with a 1,60m double bed.
All bedrooms have air conditioning !
Outside and with separate entrance, there is another air-conditioned master suite with a 1,60m double bed, a sofa, TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and toilet.

The villa is composed of a kitchen open to the living room of 50m² with dining area, a large smart TV with flat screen (French TNT, foreign channels), a sofa, a large dining table and an equipped open kitchen. An air-conditioned bedroom with a 160cm double bed and en suite bathroom (walk in shower, toilet and basin). Another air conditioned bedroom with a 180cm double bed (2x 90cm) with view on the swimming pool. A bedroom with twin beds (2x 90cm). A separate bathroom with bath tub, basin and toilet. The air conditioned studio is attached to the villa and accessible by an external entrance; it is equipped with a 160cm double bed and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and basin.
On the first floor, accessible by the external staircase, an air conditioned studio of 25 m² with a 180cm double bed (2x 90cm), a sofa of 140cm, a flat screen TV, a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
The private 20m² terrace is facing South and equipped with modern garden furniture and a small table.
On the ground floor, there is a large private swimming pool, a pleasant summer lounge, deckchairs, a large table for 12 people for evening meals near the barbecue, a covered terrace of 20m².
South facing area of 80m² around the heated swimming pool (8.70m x 3.30m, 1.10m-1.40m depth, 27m²) with hydromassage jets integrated at the pool's entrance steps. The pool is heated from mid of April until end of Octobre. A waterfall / cascade is scattered in the pool.
Parking for two vehicles at the entry of the fenced property.

Lovely detached, recently renovated villa with modern design, air conditioning, internet and heated pool, located in the quiet area Montseny of Empuriabrava, close to the beach, shops (150 metres) and downtown.
The villa is entirely on one level and consists of a large air-conditioned lounge with a sofa and a sofa bed, a dining room with wifi, fitted kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms with a 180 cm bed (2x 90 cm twin beds pushed together), a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. On the other side of the house there are two master suites, each equipped with air-conditioning, a 180cm (2x 90cm twin beds pushed together) and its private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
In the living room there is a large flat screen satellite-TV with French, German, English programs, etc.
Outside you will find a large sunny situated pool that is heated by a 13kW heat pump (mid of April to end of October), a comfortable summer lounge and a large table with chairs for meals near the barbecue.
The windows have electric blinds for your safety and improved comfort.
